Refund Policy
This policy explains when fees paid to Marketing Team HQ are refundable. Because strategy, research, planning, creative preparation and account allocation begin before or immediately after a paid engagement starts, monthly service fees are nonrefundable once paid, subject to applicable law.

1Scope
This policy applies to recurring marketing plans, project fees, setup fees, add ons and other services purchased from Marketing Team HQ. It should be read with the signed proposal, order form or service agreement.
2Why payments are nonrefundable
Marketing Team HQ reserves team capacity and may begin research, audits, strategy, content planning, campaign preparation, account setup and creative work before the client sees the first deliverable. The fee pays for reserved capacity and work performed throughout the service period, not only for completed posts or launched advertisements.
3Free seven day marketing trial
- The trial requires a payment method, but no subscription fee is charged when the trial begins.
- Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected monthly plan is charged automatically after seven days.
- The scope is limited to the trial activities confirmed in writing for the selected plan.
- Advertising spend, software, creator fees, product samples and other third party costs require separate approval and are not included.
4No guaranteed results
Marketing performance depends on the offer, pricing, product quality, market demand, website, sales process, advertising budget, account history and other factors outside the agency’s control. Fees are not refundable because a particular revenue, lead, return on advertising spend or ranking target is not achieved.
5Limited exceptions
Marketing Team HQ will review a written request involving a duplicate payment, a confirmed processing error or a refund required by applicable law. Approved corrections will be returned through the original payment method where practical. A change of mind, delayed feedback, missing account access, internal business changes or failure to use the service does not create a refund right.
6How to raise a billing issue
Email info@marketingteamhq.com within seven calendar days of the disputed charge. Include the business name, invoice number, payment date, amount and a clear description of the issue. This reporting period does not expand any right to a refund.
