Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Marketing Team HQ uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies on the website, and how visitors can control optional analytics and marketing technologies.

Policy pointHow it works
NecessaryEssential storage supports privacy preferences, security and functionality requested by the visitor. It cannot be switched off through the consent panel.
AnalyticsOptional analytics may measure website use and performance. It remains off until the visitor accepts Analytics cookies.
MarketingOptional advertising technologies may measure campaigns or support relevant advertising. They remain off until the visitor accepts Marketing cookies.
Your choiceUse the consent banner or Cookie settings link in the footer to accept, reject or change optional categories.

1What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files placed on a device. Browser storage and related technologies can serve similar purposes by remembering information or enabling a service to recognise a browser. Some are set by Marketing Team HQ and others may be set by third-party services after the visitor makes a choice or opens an external service such as Stripe Checkout.

2Necessary technologies

Necessary technologies are used only where needed to provide a feature requested by the visitor, protect the website or remember privacy choices. The website stores the visitor’s cookie preferences in local browser storage so that the consent banner does not appear on every page. This category is always active because the preference mechanism cannot function without it.

3Analytics technologies

If enabled, analytics technologies help Marketing Team HQ understand which pages are visited, how visitors move through the website and whether technical or content improvements are needed. Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only after the visitor selects Analytics or accepts all optional technologies.

4Marketing technologies

If enabled, marketing technologies may measure advertising effectiveness, attribute enquiries or trial applications to campaigns, build audiences or support advertising on third-party platforms. This may include tags deployed through Google Tag Manager, such as a Meta Pixel. Advertising storage and personalisation signals are denied by default and are enabled only after the visitor selects Marketing or accepts all optional technologies.

5Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a tool used to deploy and manage approved analytics or marketing tags. On this website, the Tag Manager container is not loaded until the visitor accepts at least one optional category. Tags configured inside the container must also respect the category selected by the visitor. Google Tag Manager is a deployment tool; the individual tags placed inside it determine what additional information is processed.

6Stripe and external websites

When a visitor continues to Stripe Checkout or another external website, that provider may use technologies under its own privacy and cookie notices. Marketing Team HQ does not control storage placed directly by an external website. Visitors should review the provider’s notices before submitting information.

7Managing choices

  • Choose Accept all to enable Analytics and Marketing categories.
  • Choose Reject non-essential to keep both optional categories disabled.
  • Choose Manage preferences to enable categories separately.
  • Use Cookie settings in the footer to review or change the saved choice later.
  • Browser settings may also delete or block storage, but blocking necessary storage may cause preferences or requested features not to work correctly.

8Changes and contact

The technologies used may change when website features or advertising tools change. This policy and the consent categories should be reviewed whenever a tag is added to Google Tag Manager. Questions may be sent to info@marketingteamhq.com.
