  • To send promotional communications only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with consent. Service and billing messages are not promotional communications.

3Legal grounds

Depending on the applicable law and the context, Marketing Team HQ may process information to take steps requested before entering a contract, perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, pursue legitimate business interests that do not override individual rights, or act on consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

4Service providers and disclosures

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support the website and services, including Supabase for application and subscription data, Stripe for Checkout and billing, Hostinger or the applicable hosting and email provider, and Google Tag Manager or advertising and analytics providers when the visitor has given the relevant consent. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, in connection with a business reorganisation, or with the individual’s direction or consent. Marketing Team HQ does not sell complete payment card information and does not receive it from Stripe.

5International processing

The website and its service providers may process information in countries other than the individual’s location. Where applicable law requires it, Marketing Team HQ will rely on an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful safeguard.

6Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining application and billing records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and meeting tax, accounting or legal obligations. Retention periods may differ according to the information and applicable law.

7Security

Marketing Team HQ uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Applicants and clients should avoid sending payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information by email or through free-text form fields.

8Privacy rights

Depending on location and applicable law, an individual may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to an appropriate data protection authority. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

9Cookies and tracking

The website uses browser storage and may use cookies or similar technologies. Necessary technologies support security and remember privacy preferences. Analytics and marketing technologies, including Google Tag Manager and tags deployed through it, are disabled until the visitor provides the relevant consent. Further details are available in the Cookie Policy, and preferences can be changed through Cookie settings in the website footer.
