Cancellation Policy
Marketing Team HQ plans are billed in advance. A client may cancel future service, but cancellation does not reverse a payment already made or create a prorated refund for the current service period.
| Policy point | How it works |
|---|---|
| Billing | Monthly service fees are paid before each service period begins. |
| Trial cancellation | Cancel through the Stripe billing portal or contact the agency before the seven day trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge. |
| Monthly cancellation notice | Send written notice at least five business days before the next renewal date. |
| Current period | Work continues only through the paid service period and within the agreed scope. |
| No proration | Unused time, delayed approvals or unsubmitted materials do not create a credit or prorated refund. |
1How to cancel
The client may cancel through the secure Stripe billing portal or email info@marketingteamhq.com from an authorized business email address. An email notice should state the business name, plan, requested final service date and the person authorized to cancel.
2Timing
A trial cancellation must be completed before the seven day trial ends to prevent the first monthly charge. After monthly billing begins, cancellation should be received at least five business days before the next renewal date so billing and production can be stopped cleanly. If payment has already been processed for the next service period, that period remains active and nonrefundable, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
3Work during the final paid period
- Marketing Team HQ will complete work that fits within the paid period and approved scope.
- The agency is not required to accelerate future work, create unused monthly deliverables in advance or replace work delayed by missing access, feedback or materials.
- The team may prepare a limited amount of content ahead of schedule for continuity, but advance preparation does not extend service beyond the paid period.
- New campaigns, major revisions and additional deliverables are not started after the final service date unless separately approved and paid.
4Client access and handover
The client should download approved deliverables and confirm that the agency has the correct destination for any agreed handover. Original client accounts remain the client’s property. Editable source files, licensed assets, agency templates and internal working documents are provided only when the agreement specifically includes them and all invoices are paid.
5Restarting later
A former client may request to restart service, subject to team availability, current pricing and a new onboarding review. Previous pricing, timelines and reserved capacity are not guaranteed.
6Agency cancellation
Marketing Team HQ may end or pause service for nonpayment, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, repeated failure to provide required access, material breach or work that creates platform or reputational risk. Any financial treatment will follow the service agreement, the Refund Policy and applicable law.
